Despite just two games in each division, there was plenty of action with over 200 points scored.
Three of the games were closely run but once again Hammersmith Hills Hoists ran riot, with a 0-60 victory over Eastern Rhinos in Colchester.
The stand-out performer for Hammersmith was Lennon Bartlett who was a constant threat in both attack and defence in a perfect all-round performance from the visitors.
Despite a brace from Luke Rosvall, London Chargers narrowly lost out to Wests Warriors 16-22 with the Warriors scoring four tries in return.
This result meant that Wests moved above Chargers in the table.
In the West Division, Torfaen Tigers unbeaten start to the season was ended by All Golds, thanks to two tries and three goals from Ashley Lewis, in a 27-20 victory.
In the game between Swindon St George and Cardiff Blue Dragons, the Man of the Match award could only go to one man.
Hooker, Duane Isles scored six tries, to take his personal tally for the season to nine in just two games.
The victory for Cardiff put them third in the division with Swindon dropping down to fifth.
